PM Promotes Hard-Working Image on Flight to NY

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Manet posted a photo to his social media showing himself reviewing documents on his flight to New York. The photo is reminiscent of a similar one taken on his way to the ASEAN Summit last month, meant to show people just how hard he is working.

"The beginning of the 20-hour flight with a pile of documents to attend the 78th United Nations General Assembly in New York," wrote President Hun Manet after boarding the plane.

The Prime Minister left with a delegation of the Cambodian government on September 21, where he and his staff will attend the UN General Assembly, meet with US officials and businesspeople, and greet his fans among the Cambodian diaspora in the US and Canada.
